Bricks 4 Kidz: STEAM Sundays with LEGO
STEAM up your Sundays with LEGO. Participants will work on 2 - 3 LEGO Projects using a variety of LEGO Technic, LEGO Bricks, and LEGO Mosaics. Participants will always be given the chance to expand their creativity with LEGO free play and build a motorized model in using gears, axles, and electric motors.
Young-Commander Chess - Novice
Chess helps kids gain skills attributes such as tenacity and leadership abilities, both of which millionaires do possess, among other skills attributes. There's a strong correlation between chess and academic achievement including math, spatial analysis and non-verbal reasoning ability.
Science For Kids
Get your science hats on. These hands-on science programs are themed around a particular area of science. Children engage in exciting hands-on activities, watch spectacular demonstrations, and take home things that relate to what they learnt that day.

Ninjas. . .
Bricks 4 Kidz: Movie Mash-Up
Build to infinity and beyond with your favourite movies. Using Bricks 4 Kidz building instructions, campers use classic LEGO bricks, LEGO Technic, and electric motors to construct 1 - 3 projects per session. Campers will be given a break for an optional snack from home.

How to Register

Registering for a program is as simple as:

  1. Create your Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation account.
  2. Click the ‘Register Now’ button in the Roundhouse Program you want to register for. This will take you to the program page on the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation website.
  3. Complete your registration, including payment.
