Morning Tai Chi Exercise/Yuen Gi Dance
Energize your morning with gentle exercise and dance in this friendly morning movement group. Volunteer instructors teach in Cantonese and English in a cultural experience, which doubles as exercise. Registration is required.
Joint Mobility
For those with arthritis, osteoporosis and mobility issues, and those starting an exercise program or recovering from an injury or stroke, keep your body moving and limber. This program is subject to change according to the current Provincial health Order (PHO) guidelines. No class Feb 21.
Osteofit
For those with osteoporosis, arthritis, joint-mobility problems or anyone who wanting a lighter exercise routine using bands, weights, and chairs. This is a progressive classes and there are no drop-ins. .

How to Register

Registering for a program is as simple as:

  1. Create your Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation account.
  2. Click the ‘Register Now’ button in the Roundhouse Program you want to register for. This will take you to the program page on the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation website.
  3. Complete your registration, including payment.
