Strength and Stretch
This program is subject to change according to the current Provincial Health Order (PHO) guidelines. Get yourself moving, burn calories, build muscle mass, strengthen your core and make yourself fell good all around. Please bring you own mat.
Low Impact Fitness
Cardio Groove will focus on fun cardio movements to increase your heart rate, burn calories and strengthen body with a grooving flare. No equipment will be provided so bring you own mat for a core exercises and stretch. This is a registered course for Covid 'contact trace list' purposes.

How to Register

Registering for a program is as simple as:

  1. Create your Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation account.
  2. Click the ‘Register Now’ button in the Roundhouse Program you want to register for. This will take you to the program page on the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation website.
  3. Complete your registration, including payment.
