Physically energizing, deeply relaxing, and emotionally uplifting. This program offers instruction in classical yoga with an emphasis on self - awareness and development of strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, breath and body awareness, postural alignment, and relaxation. No class Aug 1.
Functional Fitness/Pilates
Increase strength, balance, flexibility, muscle tone, stamina, and well being in a co-ed class for those who want to try adaptive pilates/functional fitness in a welcoming environment. Modifications for movements are available so participants can strengthen and tone their bodies no matter what restrictions they experience.
Pilates Plus More
Increase core strength and flexibility with this classic Pilates workout, release tight muscles, and knots with easy foam rolling techniques, and reduce stress through stretch and guided relaxation. Feel long, lean and strong inside out. No class Jul 14.

How to Register

Registering for a program is as simple as:

  1. Create your Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation account.
  2. Click the ‘Register Now’ button in the Roundhouse Program you want to register for. This will take you to the program page on the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation website.
  3. Complete your registration, including payment.
