Functional Fitness Pilates

Increase strength, balance, flexibility, muscle tone, range of motion, stamina, and well being in a co-ed class for those who want to try pilates. Modification for movement will be available so you can strengthen and tone your body no matter what restriction you experience. No equipment with be provided so bring your own mat for a core exercise and stretch. No drop-ins available.
