Gentle Yoga

Yoga is an effective mind-body practice that helps improve our well-being. Gentle yoga helps calm the nervous system, release stress or tension, maintain balance, and promote strength. These beginner-friendly yoga classes are done on the mat. We perform slower paced movements focused on improving alignment, flexibility, strength, and balance. Each class includes breathing exercises (Pranayama), yoga poses (Asana), relaxation, and meditation.

  2. Click the ‘Register Now’ button in the Roundhouse Program you want to register for. This will take you to the program page on the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation website.
  3. Complete your registration, including payment.
