Prenatal Pilates

Feel toned and graceful throughout your pregnancy. Improve your posture through core strength, stability and proper alignment. The class will focus strength for the first 45 minutes and stretch for the last 15minutes. Learn different methods of breath work, de-stress from the day and help prepare yourself for labour. No equipment will be provided so please bring you own mat. Due to COVID-19 and contract tracing Drop-ins will not be permitted.

  3. Complete your registration, including payment.
