Yoga for kids is a precise and powerful class for all children aged 3-7. The postures are practiced dynamically and with a lot of fun and wit. Handstand, headstand and shoulderstand are included, as well as a nice final relaxation with yoga stories. This specifically promotes children's physical and mental stability, flexibility, as well as relaxation and concentration skills. I have been teaching kids for years and they love my classes.
