Alison Woodward (they/them) is a grateful, uninvited guest on a beautiful, unceded coast they have always called home. They love to chase joy through imaginative illustration and creative collaboration with a focus on storytelling featuring the other-than-human. Al’s educational background ranges from a life of curiosity and self teaching, community led learning, just over a decade of a tattoo career, as well as a BFA from Emily Carr University in 2014. Their practice spans many mediums from book arts to painting while always focusing on representative image making. They very much enjoy reading, walking with their dog, and playing games.
