Group fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated and accountable, making it less likely you’ll skip a workout. The social interaction, feel-good energy, and opportunity to learn proper technique and form can also improve mental and physical health and help you achieve your fitness goals.
Here are some highlights from our current course offerings:

Callanetics
The CALLANETICS exercise method is a total body conditioning workout and one of the original “barre” workouts. It combines mat work and ballet-inspired leg exercises with precise positioning and tiny movements. The method is gentle on the joints while being highly effective for strengthening and toning muscles. You’ll leave class feeling like you’ve had a great workout! BODY – A Full Body Workshop for Every BODY
This two-hour workshop is about building strength, stability, and form from the ground up—not quick fixes or surface-level change. Expect foundational strength practice, mindful alignment, deep core integration, and a guided restorative closing. Suitable for all levels, it’s an invitation to connect with your body and move with intention.
BODY – A Hip Opening Workshop
If you have tight hips from sports or sitting, this two-hour workshop is designed to release tension and improve hip mobility. The session includes targeted hip flexor release, glute and core activation, postural alignment, and strength-based flexibility work. All levels are welcome, and modifications are available.
We also offer a variety of other classes such as yoga, dance, Pilates, mobility training, and Zumba. There’s something for everyone, no matter your experience level.
If you’re interested in exploring group fitness, the Roundhouse has options for all abilities and schedules. It’s a chance to move your body, learn new skills, and connect with others in a welcoming environment.
