October is filled with holiday celebrations of gratitude, fun, and joy: Thanksgiving, Diwali, and Halloween.
The Roundhouse is hosting Downtown’s Diwali celebration on October 27. This event is free for the whole family with registration through Eventbrite. This year, artists pay homage to the beauty of our Natural World through music & dance performances. Families can also create beautiful Rangolis, paint Diyas, and enjoy other arts & crafts activities. Food & Chai will be available for purchase on-site.

Are you looking for a fun, safe, family-friendly Halloween event? Join us for three exciting activities: Pumpkin Carving, a Trick-or-Treat route through Yaletown, a special event partnership with the Yaletown Business Association. Later in the afternoon, don’t miss the Haunted Roundhouse Walkthrough in our Exhibition Hall, similar to our traditional Halloween Carnival for our long-time Roundhouse clients. Dress up in your scariest costume and enter the hunted Roundhouse. Walk through our indoor forest and magical maze, and participate in the creepy craft! Explore our spooky surprises! Ideal fun for 4 to 12-year-olds. PG rating – An adult MUST supervise Children. Information will be available upon request should parents consider whether the content may upset younger or more sensitive children.
