The end of the year is near. Days are getting shorter and the air is getting colder. Winter is here.
The Roundhouse has planned various arts, recreation and special events over the coming months.
Recreation Programming
Starting with our recreation programming, our Winter 2025 session will be open for registration on Tuesday, December 10. In-accessible registration begins at 10 a.m. for two hours, followed by online registration opening at 7 p.m. The next day, at 9 p.m., phone registration begins. Our program guide can be found online, or a printed version is available in our lobby.
Arts Partnerships
This month, our arts partnerships include VACT, with its Creation Lab supporting emerging and mid-career Asian artists. Three plays will be showcased in our Performance Centre from December 9 to 12.
Special Events
We host several special events throughout the year. One of these is Concord Christmas, a festive celebration sponsored by Concord that kicks off the holiday season. This family-friendly event features live music, holiday crafts, face painting, and beautiful festive lights that will brighten our Exhibition Hall. Best of all, this event is free, but donations are appreciated. Join us for a celebration that is sure to delight every member of your family!
Our Breakfast & Brunch with Santa and Gingerbreadbread decoration events are sold out, but we will be celebrating the Winter Solstice on Saturday, December 21, from 6 to 11 p.m. Join us for this free event in partnership with Secret Lantern Society. Tickets are free, but registration is required.
